Kainiche has no Return/ Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns

No exchange or return request shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Only Photos will not be accepted. The video needs to be from the beginning to end of complete parcel with its packaging. Exchanges will only be entertained till 1 week from the day of delivery.Also, we don’t have pickup facility so you’ll have to courier the product back to us and we’ll bear the courier charges only upto Rs.100

CANCELLATION

Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched.

Kainiche offers free shipping on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after placement.

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 3-4 working days for the order to reach you based on your location
