WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED/DELIVERED?
We Process your order as early as possible and ship them via our trusted logistics partner. Any order placed will be delivered to you within 8 to 10 business days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. It’s not possible for us to provide a dispatch date for every order so we politely request you to not ask for it. However, if your parcel is not delivered in 10 working days, you’re most welcome to DM us on Instagram and then we shall give you full support. Kindly note: Before 10 working days, we’re not obliged to confirm anything.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner name is sent to you via email or via an sms on your registered mobile number by the courier company.
HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
You can browse through our products and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button by clicking on the colour of your choice. After you are done adding all the products you wish to purchase, you can review them by viewing your cart and then click on Checkout. Once you enter your information and choose your payment method, take the necessary steps and you’re done!
HOW CAN I PLACE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
HOW CAN I APPLY COUPON CODE ON MY ORDERS?
After you add the selected products to your cart, you can view the cart to review your order. In case we’re running an offer, we shall provide you a coupon code either on the website banner or on our Instagram page. Once you have the code, proceed to the checkout page where you will get an option to apply a coupon code, once the the code is entered, the page will reload and your total will be revised accordingly.
HOW CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
You can always choose an alternate address at the time of the order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL/EDIT MY ORDER?
To cancel or edit your order after making the payment on the website, only whatsapp on our Customer Care at 9990314646 within 12 hours of placing your order, mentioning your Order number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only accept exchange/return in the case you receive any damaged/defective products (Complete unboxing video required from opening the package to end in order to consider).
Only photos will not be considered and no exchange/return will be entertained after 2 days of delivery, no exchange will be taken into consideration beyond given time due to any said reason.
Kindly note, there is no exchange/return policy in case you do not like the product or do not need it anymore.
Also, we don’t have pickup facility so you’ll have to courier the product back to us and we’ll bear the courier charges only upto Rs.100
